Eat More Whole Foods

Whole foods are single-ingredient foods, such as spinach, almonds, and apples. The benefits of eating whole foods far outweigh the benefits of eating processed foods. Processed foods may be more convenient and easier to prepare, but whole foods have more nutrients, more fiber, and the ability to help prevent disease and illness. When you treat your body better, it will treat you better, too!
