No matter what you're going through in life, you can always find a reason to jump for joy. Joy is simply feeling happy or the ways you find pleasure in your life.

You might not feel happy all the time, but that's OK. You can find happiness in even the smallest moments. When you learn how to find reasons to be happy, you might find you're happier than you thought!

Knowing you're making a positive impact on someone else with any gesture or act of kindness is empowering.
