Finish One Task Before Starting the Next

We live in the age of multi-tasking. We're brushing our teeth, checking our texts, and listening to a podcast while trying to decide what to cook for dinner tonight or what to do about the guy you met on Tinder. And, that's all before 8 AM!

We need to slow down. It's no wonder we are aging faster than the speed of light, easily agitated, forgetful, and exhausted.

Do we really have to do it all and do it all right now? What's the point of having so much to do if we're miserable and too exhausted to enjoy our lives? We are on overdrive and it's showing.

You might actually get more done, gain more confidence, and feel better if you focused on one task at a time. By devoting your full attention to each task, finishing them one at a time, and crossing each off your list before you move onto the next, you may feel more in control as well. You might even make less mistakes and get through your list faster as a result.

Empower your mind, rejuvenate your body, and renew your spirit by slowing down, focusing on one task at a time, and celebrating your accomplishments along the way.
