For Random Acts of Kindness Day, I also surprised a local elementary school teacher with my “Bee Kind” Pineapple design of my "Your Daily Aloha" Jar mindset tool collection.
Cindy is a first grade teacher at Park Village Elementary School in San Diego. A mutual teacher friend has been using my growth mindset tool since September, and her students love it. She suggested to me that Cindy might also enjoy using one for her first graders. I met Cindy once before when I ran a women's fitness squad a few summers ago. Cindy was thrilled to receive it and excited to incorporate it in her daily mindfulness moment lesson.
"Bee Kind” Pineapple will not only empower you to “bee” kind to others, but he will also inspire you to “bee” kind to your mind! This means he will help you “bee” more positive by helping you cultivate a positive mindset and strengthen your “self-powers.” Your self-powers include self-acceptance, self-worth, self-love, self-esteem, and self-belief.
Lastly, he will encourage you to “bee” yourself. No one else in the world is exactly like you, making you one of a kind. The combination of all your passions, skills, talents, background, experience, and everything that makes you you just can't be replicated. Being yourself is a combination of all your self-powers, making it the most powerful self-power, or superpower, of all.
In this jar, she will find candy treats to sweeten her day and over 30 affirmations and tips to help her “bee” unstoppable in her pursuit to creating her best self and her best life.
But, I also gifted her a month's worth of positive affirmations with thought-provoking questions for her students to use in their daily mindfulness practice at school!
On a side note, I put her gift in this beautiful pineapple gift bag. Isn't it gorgeous?
