I Am Gifted. I Help People Believe in Themselves.

07 Dec

When you think of gifts, what comes to mind? Presents? This Christmas, I encourage you to think about the gifts you give to the world every day.

No matter how old you are, I believe everyone has a gift to share. Everyone is gifted! In my book, being gifted does not just mean "having exceptional talent or natural ability," like a gifted athlete or musician. I believe everyone has an extraordinary ability to do something that makes them a better person and makes the world a better place.

▶ Can you tell a good joke and make people laugh? You are gifted with a great sense of humor.
▶ Can you fix things that break in your house? You are gifted at handyman repairs.
▶ Can you cook delicious meals for your family? You are gifted at cooking.
▶ Can you make things out of different materials to decorate your home or give away? You are gifted at crafting.
▶ Can you write stories or blog? You are gifted at writing.
▶Can you lift people's spirits with song? You are gifted at singing.
▶ Can you always find great deals when shopping? You are gifted at bargain shopping.
▶ Can you make your home space always look and feel inviting. You are gifted at home decorating.
▶ Can you make others feel better when their sick, injured, or mentally or emotionally distraught? You are gifted at healing others.
▶ Can you help others and be there for them in times of need? You are gifted with love, kindness and compassion.

You get the picture. You don't have to be better than anyone else to be gifted. You just have to be the best version of yourself and share love, kindness, and compassion with others to make the world better.

Every day is a good day to share your gifts with the world. And, every day is a good day to share aloha.
