Even when you don't know what to do next, take some deep breaths and identify:

☑️ What brings me joy?
☑️ What am I grateful for right now?
☑️ What am I passionate about?
☑️ What are my greatest strengths?
☑️ What do I like most about myself?
☑️ What challenges/obstacles/fears have I already endured, conquered, or overcome?
☑️ What goals have I achieved and what do I want to achieve next?
The answers to these questions are a good starting point. They will help give you direction! When you look back on your journey, you'll not only be reminded of how far you've come, but you'll also see just how special you truly are. So, you owe it to yourself to keep going!
